Claim Policy
All claims must be made within 10 days of your receipt of the shipment.
Return Policy
Due to health and safety issues, food products are not returnable.
Special order items are nonrefundable unless they are found to be defective.
You have 10 days from the time you receive any other non-food item to return it.
If there is nothing wrong with the item, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay
return shipping. All shipments must be insured for the full value of the
merchandise. All collectible merchandise is marked by a serial number, edition
number or a special marking. As long as the item is the same one we shipped, we
will accept the return and issue a store credit for the value of the merchandise
only. No credit will be given if the merchandise is returned without an outer
shipping carton, or if the merchandise or box has been marked by writing or
improper handling, or if the original box and paper work are not returned.
Broken or Damaged Merchandise
Please call us immediately. We will file a claim with UPS. UPS requires that you
keep all original packing materials even if there is no damage to the shipping
carton. Replacements will be
shipped, if possible. If no replacement is available, a store credit will be
issued. All damaged merchandise must be shipped back to us by UPS. Any claims
made against merchandise that does not have the markings of the merchandise we
shipped will be refused.
Defective Merchandise
Call us immediately and we will make arrangements for return shipping. Please
follow the instructions in our return policy to prepare the merchandise for
return. Please include a detailed statement of the defect found.
